Have years of industry experience from completing an apprenticeship at 18, working within insurance for 9 years and by continuing my self-development with training seminars. The parameters of my experience include but is not limited to, handling new business development, placement of new policies, broking risk to insurers, conducting background research and making sure clients have the correct cover and limits in place. My natural social skills in combination with knowledge of the industry from both the market and client’s point of view, enables me to build strong relationships with both clients and insurers. These skills are utilized within my current role at Anthony James Insurance Broker, where I am a business development executive. My role is to identify and understand your businesses insurance needs and present alternative quotes and/or service plans to clients. The advice provided is based on discussions with clients and insurers, as well as thorough research and having a general knowledge of the industry.
