In our first year of competing at national competition we were awarded: Most improved team, Project fair champions, Centrica Sustainability challenge and Semi-Finalists.

My task was to answer customer correspondence relating to credit card queries and monitoring fraud on any of their customer accounts. I gained valuable experience while at the same time creating new links within the industry while on my Summer term break from University

My role was to operate the phones and interact with customers over the phone to assist them with any help required, be it placing bets or dealing with any irregularities or concerns of the customer’s account.
