Having qualified as a personal trainer during my undergraduate degree (in 2011), I began working from GymBox Westfield in London. From there I undertook various nutrition, fitness and health-related qualifications (including an MSc in Nutritional Therapy) prior to launching 'Jack Galloway - Health + Fitness' in 2013, and opening my own personal training studio and clinic (in South-West London). As well as developing my skillset a health practitioner and studying with the Institute of Functional Medicine, I also opened a part-time music production business, where I developed numerous skills applicable to health - namely content creation and video production. Having developed an avid interest in psychology, I qualified as a practicing Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in 2020. This has enabled me to integrate a psycho-spiritual element into the Health and Body Transformation Programs I develop for my clients, in recognition of the notion that physical health and psychological development cannot exist in isolation from one another.
