Providing considered, thorough and consistent support to the Acquisition Marketing Team, enabling them to deliver a high standard of work across multiple projects and channels.Main roles are centered on the coordination and execution of the Exodus events programmes and support through our brochure production season. Events Programme: The management of all (10+) Exodus evening presentations/events across the country with audiences varying from 50-800. Ensuring all events are marketed online with relevant details ready for booking along with an efficient email marketing campaign to promote them. This also includes the management of staff and logistics on the day of events. The co-ordination and management of large Travel Industry shows, including London Destinations, The Telegraph Travel Show and The Adventure Travel show to name a few. Involvement in competition, partnership and promotional offers including the providing of assets and copy when needed as well as the tracking and monitoring of other projects along with acquisition analysis (including competitor activity and targeted campaigns). Brochure Production Support – Helping to support the brochure production team in general administration, the supplying of assets and pricing content to the brochure agency as well as co-coordinating amends and mark ups between our product team and brochure agency.Other duties - Management, co-ordination and modification of company documents using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. Supporting the Graphic Designer where possible on the design and creation of adverts, documents and more.
