I am a program manager with more than 15 years of experience in data-focused research. I have a strong background in operations, strategic planning, process improvement, technology implementation, and data analytics. I also hold a Bachelor and Master of Business Administration. In my current role with the Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball Club, I use an analytics-centered approach to evaluate professional baseball players’ performance. Using statistical, written and graphical reports, I am able to identify skill set groupings on undervalued players and create reports for leadership. I have also previously served as Director of Research & Operations with the Minnesota Twins Baseball Club, where I led, built and grew the analytics department. In this position I led full-cycle project management, including scope, resourcing, issue resolution, and change management. This provided me with the data to successfully champion important projects to our internal stakeholders. As evidenced by my experience, I am passionate about using program management and data analytics to deliver business results.
