I am an independent executive educator. I taught in a number of universities for 15 years and then started my own management development and executive education business. I went back to the academic community for a few years to run a seminar business at the University of Richmond. However, I left there in 2001 to return to self employment. I have worked outside the US since 1982 and currently spend a majority of my working time in Australia and South Africa. I maintain visiting professorships at The Darden School (University of Virginia), Melbourne Business School, and The Gordon Institute of Business Science (Johannesburg, South Africa).
