As a Field Service Engineer for MWIAH I install, troubleshoot and maintain a variety of products and equipment. This involves such tasks as setting up servers with Windows 2008 (R2) / 12 R2 and other basic Windows operating systems such as Windows 7, 8 and 10. When i am working in house i can have multiple tasks from remote setup of printers, pcs and antivirus but I could also be imaging workstations and servers for a client to be ready for a weekend install. When i am sent to a customers site it can be for a virus removal and reformat, Networking issues, Windows server issues. There is also weekend and weekdays work for installing equipment such as PCs, servers and routers. I also work a little with SQL restoring DBs and running database queries. There is also times where I am at the lead of a project which i am the main contact for the customer and have to handle any enquiries that they may have. As well as that i have to make sure all the kit is setup and correct before the install on a weekend

My duties whilst working for Vet Space include, setting up PC's in-house and on-site with the correct programs and applications suited to the client. I also do remote support setting up printers for customers. Setting up routers and machines with the correct IP's to make sure that there is no conflict on the network. Working with SQL databases for the client to have there own information such as pet names and owner details.

As a sales assistant at Poundstretcher. My duties involved obtaining stock from the warehouse and stocking the shelves. I am also till trained and involved in cleaning the shop floor to make it tidy for the customers. I was also given the responsibility of cashing up the tills at the end of the day.

It was a work experience programme which involved me working with other people getting themtools, helping out cutting wood and cleaning up the mess. Which I enjoyed.
