I performed inspections on Airbnb’s managed by Seabreeze. This included making sure all electronics and appliances were functioning, and making sure the property was thoroughly cleaned after each use. I was also frequently asked to perform maintenance on the properties. This included manually unclogging garbage disposals, replacing small items like light bulbs, and other such tasks.

I worked as a coach training athletes of all ages for a company called CSPAT (Clark Sports Personal Athletic Training). There are two sessions a day, with the morning having upwards of 100-130 athletes and the afternoon having 30 but they are usually the older athletes.
