Mainly include: (1) With the group procurement center procurement bidding; (2) Production planning and daily purchase order management; (3) Supplier performance management. 3, Strategic procurement work, mainly including: (1) With the group procurement center to improve procurement projects; (2) The OEM manufacturing resources collect and evaluate potential acquisition targets; (3) OEM product overall cost optimization.4, Internal management, system process: (1) The performance evaluation management of staffs; (2) The SOP establishment, improvement and training; (3) The complaint handling; (4) Internal and external audit.

1, Responsible for the daily laboratory R&D procurement work. Mainly include: Responsible for chemical, biological, animal, DMPK, process and other R&D procurement. (2) Factory production procurement. (3) Supplier development, evaluation, selection and improvement.2, Responsible for import and export logistics. Mainly include: (1) The export delivery and tracking; (2) Import procurement.3, responsible for warehouse work, mainly include: (1) the production of raw materials and experimental goods transportation and distribution; (2) inventory optimization and warehouse daily work; (3) fixed asset management.4, Internal management, system process: (1) KPI assessment management; (2) The operation process (SOP) of the establishment, improvement and training; (3) Complaints handling; (4) Internal and external audit; (5) Improve internal customer satisfaction.

It is include the project development, executing project and improving project.3, the internal management, process/system and files management: (1) The subordinate(s) of the performance management; supervise daily operations; training etc.(2) Review Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) for procurement, improvement and training; (3) Handling of complaints; as intermediary to resolve problems and arrive at mutual agreements;(4) Cooperate with inter-departmental, improve the satisfaction of internal customers;(5) Purchasing files management.4, The project management of local sourcing: the import products replace with local products in order to reduce cost and improve the lead time.

In the company, primarily responsible for the following three aspects:1, Purchasing management: Responsibility for material purchasing management, such as more than domestic /export reagents, equipment ,various gases, solid carbon dioxide etc. These mainly include: (1) Approval purchases orders, contracts, and research reports for material market; (2) Supplier development, selection, evaluation;(3) Invite public bidding (In addition to fixed assets); (4) Project quotations;(5) Improve purchasing management, through the results of statistical analysis for monthly/ annual reports.2, Management of follow up orders, include domestic and import materials: (1) Orders management for domestic reagents and import (bonded and non-bonded) reagents; ensure domestic and import operation and timely delivery.(2) Improve delivery cycle, enhance supplier services.
