I estimate, manage, control the time, cost and quality of High Desert construction projects, for commercial, industrial, hangars buildings, to roads, runways, substations and schools. I schedule and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.I either create the scheduling or oversee the scheduling of different phases of a project based on established deadlines. I estimate and negotiate contracts with the Govt, sub contractors, vendors, oversee man power, create budgets, negotiate change orders. Often times the securing of dig and hot work permits and delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites.I work together closely with company supervisors or other managers to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes. Resolve site conditions that arise due to inclement weather, emergencies or other issues that may cause delays.
