I specialize in plant-based meat alternatives, cheese substitutes, and cutting-edge ingredient formulations, blending food science with culinary insights to bring ideas to life.Before joining JACT GROUP, I was a Culinary Scientist at Mattson, where I helped turn disruptive food concepts into reality, particularly within the plant-based space.
