In my role as Change Enablement Manager, I support our Client Services delivery team, focusing on building and providing internal change management training, education, guidance and support. As a member of the Finance Consulting practice, I focused primarily on supporting clients through Business Services operating model transformation programmes, designed to deliver real improvements and efficiencies with the delivery of back office services. This covered the entire spectrum of the transformation life-cycle from the initial operating model assessment through to the implementation of the preferred solution. I worked across a number of different sectors including law firms, industrial products and aerospace and defense. My work was primarily across the Europe region with some experience of international travel as part of some more recent engagements.Example projects include:• Supported one of the world's largest law firms with their HR transformation agenda as they looked to redesign the way the function operates in order to become more cost effective while offering a greater level of support to the business. This included understanding where opportunities exist to integrate current ways of working and identifying best practices across their regions. In addition, I supported in designing the future operating model for the function which would see them operate as a leaner organisation, supporting with key strategic decisions and aligning to the firm's aspirations of continued international growth• Assisted a commercial printing and banknote manufacturer in the FTSE 250 with their Finance transformation. This included an initial current state assessment focusing on establishing a baseline and benchmarking against relevant peers to identify where cost savings and increased efficiencies could be made. Following this, I supported them in reviewing options to deliver fundamental changes in ways of working through different structures, process delivery models and improved use of technology in order to realise multi-million pound operational cost savings

I generally worked on my own doing the evening shifts meaning I was responsible for managing the shop and the close of business each day. Responsibilities included cashing up the till, counting the stock and entering all the information into our internal system at the end of each day.
