Cofounder of Lancer Business Organization (LBO).Ensured the success and prosperity of LBO throughout Pasadena City College (PCC). Managed and coordinated the first-ever Student-run Meet the Firms event with Deloitte, EY, PWC, KPMG, and 11 other firms at Pasadena City College with 200+ attendees. Coordinated and hosts bi-weekly speaker events, including USC professors, Disney VP, Accounting firm CPAs, etc., for Pasadena City College students and LBO members. Collaborated with Pasadena City College by co-hosting and promoting professional development workshop events (LinkedIn, resumes, cover letters, etc.)

Served 40+ customers daily for snow sports equipment, created, on average, $9,000 in revenue weekly and up to $35,000 weekly during the busy season for the largest ski and snow equipment distributor in CA. Tracked and organized equipment orders from 15+ companies for about $95,000 of merchandise monthly. Worked in customer engagement/support to help provide clothing, gear, and safety equipment based on their desired goals.

Instructed groups of 1 to 8 kids and adults daily, from ages 3 to 60+ years old, in various snowboard and ski drills for beginner, intermediate, and advanced progression. Was promoted to Site Coordinator for the setup and tearing down of the school program and instructing area within the first season working there. Provided help in sales and coordinated private lessons for Mammoth snowboard/ski instructors, generating an average of $700 a lesson.

Administered coordination and organization of 20+ daily online orders for nationwide customers. Managed the daily tasks of bottling, labeling, and packaging 120+ art pieces, paint bottles, and art supplies. Organized the transportation of orders to the post office and managed the entire shipping process from packaging to sending orders out.
