The results of this team were recognized as exemplar by the social activist organization, “Chasing Justice.” • Implemented recruitment efforts in support of the national “30 in 30 Program” to support increasing the number of female law enforcement officers in the workforce. • Initiated and mentored a team that included the Professional Standards Sergeant and General Counsel of Law Enforcement to reach certification under the Ohio Collaborative standards in support of criminal justice reform. • Evaluated and led the transformation of overall security of the main campus as well as in 13 other states to achieve the highest level of technological standards. Led the identification and procurement of equipment. The Security Operations Center was utilized by vendor to showcase technology in practical application, setting the new industry standard.

Responsible for the oversight of all administrative and special operations functions of a 100-member agency which jurisdiction spans six northeast Ohio counties. • Planned and maintained a $9.7 million operating budget while administrating the support operations functions of procurement, human resource compliance, detention facility accreditation, fleet management, radio/telephone communications, and the agency criminal justice information systems network. • Managed the agency's special operations functions including all investigative initiatives, multi- jurisdictional operations, K9, dive team, and mounted unit. • Established and maintained relationships with over 90 adjacent jurisdictions (local, state, and federal) to promote collaborative law enforcement efforts. These relationships led to multiple successful investigations which were recognized by the Ohio Attorney General as the departments were awarded the “Law Enforcement Group Achievement Award,” in 2010 and 2011. • Collaborated with multi-jurisdictional and multi-disciplinary partners in the security event planning of the 9th Gay Games in 2014. Nearly a quarter of the Cleveland sporting event venues were located within Cleveland Metroparks. This event plan was identified as one of the most sweeping and comprehensive security and emergency plans in local history.
