As an account manager, Jack worked closely with Costco Wholesale and Ticketmaster to launch a new ticketing platform designed to give Costco members exclusive access to sports, theatre, and concert tickets at more affordable prices. On a daily basis, Jack worked with organizations such as the NBA, MLB, Cirque du Soleil, and Broadway Across America.

As a customer service representative, Jack was faced with the task of responding to over one hundred emails and calls per day. Jack was able to use his organizational and problem solving skills to help customers work through any difficulties. No issue or customer is ever the same, which made this role extremely fast-paced and a great learning experience.
