Customer Demand Replenishment Planner (CDRP) Manage inventory for 170 dry food SKU's for Publix, the East sector's only Gold account using VMI/IBM platform. Monitor and update forecasts for each SKU in 14 Publix DCs based on Publix pulls per week. Increased service levels from 99.13% in 2007 to 99.32% in 2008 while lowering inventory levels from 2.5 weeks to Publix desired inventory target of 1.7 weeks on hand. Piloted new Publix Rapid Replenishment program in the first quarter of 2008. Rapid Replenishment requires orders are written, shipped, and delivered in 72 hours to Publix DC's. Work very closely with Customer Supply Chain Manager, CSC Analyst, Publix Buyer/Transportation Teams, and Unilever Sales Team to be sure program runs seamlessly. Focus on Customer Case Fill On Time (CCFOT) by learning the Essbase program and working closely with Customer Service, Demand Planning, Sales, DC, and Transportation teams. Currently maintain a 76.63 CCFOT percentage, which is well above the acceptable minimum of 60%. Lead monthly Publix CCT meetings by providing team updates, review scorecards and service levels, and ensure all teams are aware of changes and issues. Served as the Team Lead back up when current Lead was out on Medical Leave during the month of March, 2008. Continued to be her back up whenever she was out of the office. Has attended classes to further develop skills and knowledge. Classes include, Microsoft Access, Managing Self and Others through Change, Essbase, TPM in Supply Chain, Presentation Skills, and Leading Teams.
