I am a researcher for the Centres for Understanding Behaviour Change network in MCHP. I investigate the unique effects of Behaviour Change techniques on behavioural performance. Current projects include two meta-analyses on Credible Sources and Identity

Engage with schools in low income areas through visiting schools and having schools visit the university. I am responsible for the organisation and facilitation of a local high school visiting the university - with a colleague. I am working on two research projects that a) seek to understand the experience of widening participation students at UOM (qualitative) and b) seek to understand attainment differences of WP students when compared to non-WP students (quantitative)

I am participated in this role as part of the course fulfilment criteria for my Master's degree. Within the role, I have participated in MDT meetings, transplant allocation meetings and had the pleasure of meeting patients first-hand to conduct initial suitability reviews and catch-ups. Within the role, I have also conducted a literature review regarding "Psychological interventions in transplant patients". This has developed the breadth and depth of my knowledge in relation to psychological therapies used to improve the quality of life in lung/heart transplant patients. The review included developing my knowledge of the psychosocial factors that implicate on pretransplant, perioperative and post-transplant processes.
