Responsible for building and operating a 1,000 bed post-acute care hospital for covid-19 positive patients. Boston Hope was built to provide relief Eastern Massachusetts Hospitals during the coronavirus pandemic surge in order to help flatten the curve. Successfully cared for 750 patients and closed after 90 days.

Commanding General for Task Force Yankee and all US Forces operating in Kabul Province. Responsible for Counterinsurgency Operations, Security, Police Mentoring, and Humanitarian Support. Provided mission command, as well as operational, security, and logistical support for 11 US Bases and installations, oversight for $800 million in contracting and construction, and a multinational force.

Directs and supervises the coordination, planning, development, and execution for the programs of record that support 8,500 Soldiers and Airmen. Develops and oversees long and short term goals and objectives for both federal and state programs, facilities, manpower, and operations. responsible for oversight and execution of $300 million annual budget.

Responsible for developing strategic plans for a command comprised of 8,500 personnel, 4 Army Brigades, and 2 Air force Fighter Wings. Develop Homeland Security and Domestic Emergency Response plans. Served on Governor's Homeland Security Advisory Council, and deployed to New Orleans in support of Hurricane Katrina

Commanded multiple Counterinsurgency Task Forces designed to secure both installations and multiple areas of operations through; intelligence collection, identifying terrorists and criminals, and arresting/neutralizing them. Successfully conducted more than 100 direct action missions in Iraq that resulted in the apprehension of a large number of terrorist, weapons, bombs and materials.
