Implemented features such as date filtering, demographic filters (gender, race, age group), and an interactive chloropleth map of Vermont, allowing users to explore data by zip code dynamically. ➤ Date-Time Fields Analysis: Conducted an in-depth analysis of date-time fields in encounter and observation data to evaluate data quality, completeness, and accuracy. Identified missing and inaccurate date-time values, analyzed patterns over time, and examined historical data to detect transitions from null to valid period end values in duplicated encounter records indicating corrections. ➤ Mental Health and Substance Use Prevalence Report: Created a prevalence report by mapping ICD-10 codes to mental health and substance use conditions. Designed an interactive map where users could click on zip codes to view condition prevalence, normalized to fit population distributions. Created logistic regression that predicts the prevalence of a mental health or substance use condition across counties.
