My current role is varied, which gives me an opportunity to use and develop skills that allow me to complete tasks both efficiently and effectively.One aspect of my role is to market properties. This allows me to express a creative skill set, developing descriptions, taking photographs and editing them.Other aspects includes conducting Landlord appraisals, general property administration, and negotiating.

Day-to-day analysis of large amounts of technical data, producing trend charts and using collated data to produce assessments.
