As part of my college experience, I completed a 9 month internship with Dilosk's Operations team. Within this role, my primary responsibilities included the following:- Management of our outsourced valuations provider: This involved completing a weekly oversight of all ongoing valuations, analysing the monthly activity report provided by this third party, performing a quarterly QA on a sample of valuers and organising the agenda & minutes for our monthly governance call.- Oversight of a customer migration process: While our KBC & Ulster Bank customers changed their banking arrangements, I ensured that customers weren't unfairly reported in arrears on our monthly CCR reports. Throughout this migration, I analysed the weekly activity report and ensured that all customers were proactively contacted ahead of the KBC & Ulster Bank closures. - Daily Pipeline Reporting: To help identify the areas of business needing attention, I completed a summary pipeline report each morning to share with all heads of business. As part of this task, I analysed our call logs and escalated any areas in need of attention.

During my time with The KClub, I worked in a range of areas and gained extensive 5 star catering skills. I learned the logistics behind serving circa 150 people food simultaneously while holding a high standard of service.I enjoyed working in the fast paced environment and this role enhanced my awareness of the importance of keeping calm during stressful situations.

Employed at both my family's SuperValu in Rowlagh and, more recently, Nally's SuperValu in Celbridge, I've honed various competencies as a sales assistant. Responsibilities like inventory management, product face offs and promotional organisation, enhanced my teamwork, organization, and communication proficiencies significantly. Prioritizing an outstanding and smooth shopping experience has further elevated my customer service expertise.

As part of several summer and halloween camps, I worked as a lifeguard and camp activities leader in Clongowes Wood College. As a lifeguard, I opened, closed, cleaned and guarded a 20 meter pool and a hypothermia pool. With large groups entering the pool (some non-english), it was extremely important that I kept focused and organised to ensure everyones safety.
