Pre and post-sales consultation for SAN equipment such as fibre channel and IP switches, HBAs and NICs, cables, transceivers, storage, servers. Manufacturers include Brocade, Ruckus Wireless, Extreme Networks, Exablaze, Datto, Emulex, Finisar, Myricom, Mellanox, Solarflare, Chelsio, NEC, Accelstor, and others. Took on the lead sales role for the Brocade and Datto lines. In less than 2 years, had increased the yearly revenue for the Brocade line into a $1.3M+ and the Datto line into $400k+ developed from the initial product offering.

Provide support for fibre channel host bus adapters from Emulex, Qlogic, and Brocade, including EMC OEM, branded adapters. The 5-man support team was 24x7x365 tier 1 support for EMC branded adapters, taking on 100+ calls per week. Facilitate exchange, repair, or replacement for defective units. Assist the sales team with pre-sales inquiries on sales of $10M+. Provide IT support for 40+ in-house and remote staff, including desktop, software, remote access, data backups, ethernet network, MS Exchange, Windows 2003 and 2012 servers, accounting and warehouse software.

Managed IT infrastructure including servers, storage, MS Exchange server, data backup/restore, LAN/WAN network including two separate LANs for corporate and management of customer transport network, wireless AP's, firewalls, remote access, as well as desktop hardware/software support. 250+ staff in 4 major cities across the US. Administer network monitoring equipment for FiberNet NOC.

Researched and implemented access control system and video monitoring for two customer co-location sites in NYC and operations sites in NYC and Newark NJ . Assisted with design and implementation of Network Operations Center (NOC) for FiberNet in Newark NJ. Charged with inventory control of IT assets. Desktop support for hardware/software and remote access for 450+ staff. Developed process and training documents.

Maintained hardware and software for AT&T Corporate Briefing Center (CBC) that showcased the latest of ATT’s technologies. Developed multimedia content for executive presentations, meeting openers, and product demos at the CBC for up to 10 separate weekly client briefings. Yearly support of up to 30 external customer events for ATT sales and marketing teams with multimedia content, included setting up equipment on site, last-minute changes to media content, audio / visual support.
