I am responsible for account managing a region of Independent stores and effectively building business relationships to promote Mars category principles in store.This is delivered by:- Managing a call file of over a 100 independent stores and visiting every four weeks where I aim to grow each stores' confectionery sales. - Executing regular activity plans, ensuring impact over and above the competition and driving share of shop through customer focus and drive for results.- Increasing distribution by selling in NPD and activity focused deals from cash and carry to deliver growth.- Effective journey planning and time management in order to prioritise and balance workload with internal business projects.
