This project is about bridging the communication gap between non-verbal autism sailors and the coach. This project has enhanced my vendor management experience.

As an Instructor Trainer my duties and responsibilities include;- Running 5-day Instructor Training Courses- Running pre-entry assessments which assess the sailors skills and background knowledge to determine their competencies for beginning instructor training- Acting as a moderator with other Instructor Trainers during the running of instructor training courses- Communicating with club officials, club members, parents, and participants in relation to course standards, administration, set-up, use of equipment/facilities, and all other relevant information to ensure the successful running of these courses.

My main role is to develop Team Racing in Ireland by delivering a nationwide team racing roadshow and programme of events.

I am responsible for delivering individual match analysis for the IRFU Rugby Data Centre. This role involves coding matches for Irish provincial and national teams using Hudl Sportscode. I have developed experience in coding the three main individual coding areas - attack, defence and the breakdown.My core focus is delivering accurate and reliable data with a quick turnaround time post-game.

Responsible for assisting the IRFU High Performance Analyst and Performance Analyst during international camps and tournaments. My responsibilities include:- Recording, coding and stacking training session footage for the IRFU coaches using Hudl Sportscode- Opposition team and player analysis- Examining statistical data from Irish Rugby and opposition matches to identify any trends within the game

Responsible for the safe and fun running of Irish Sailing Junior Training Courses in Bray Sailing Club. Responsible for overseeing the safety of approximately 160 juniors throughout the summer months while managing a team of Instructors and Assistant Instructors.Additionally, organise and manage Bray Sailing Club's Pico Club since 2013. This is a weekly sailing session, running from May to September, comprising of three hours of sailing practice and familiarisation with water activities. Averages attendance of 35 trainees per week, peaking at 71.Initiated and responsible for the running of Bray Sailing Club's award winning Inclusion in Sport programme, allowing people of all ability levels to get on the water.Initiated and responsible for Bray Sailing Club's award winning Turn the Tide on Plastics campaign, instilling a sense of responsibility in club members for the stewardship of their environment.- Volvo Irish Sailing Training Centre of the Year 2018- Volvo Irish Sailing East Region Training Centre of the Year 2017 & 2018- Volvo Irish Sailing Inclusion Award 2018- Irish Sailing Sustainability Award 2019

Duties include opening up the premises, preparing the bar for service, serving customers, changing kegs, cashing up and lodging cash, and locking up and securing the premises.

Responsible for overseeing a number of data projects for the Irish Sailing youth and senior squads. In this role, I have:- Delivered weekly reports to coaches to ensure athletes are not over- or under-training - optimising athletic performance. This involved using using Wahoo heart rate monitors and TrainingPeaks software, extracting key data and processing it into a format that allows analysis and interpretation.- Delivered an in-depth weather analysis report for Enoshima - the location of the 2021 Olympic Games. This project focused on weather and tide data from the venue since 2006 to identify likely weather conditions/patterns in order to best prepare for the Olympic Games.

Responsible for the developing, implementing and overseeing the S&C programme for the Senior Cup Team, Junior Cup Team and the U15 squad alongside the Head S&C Coach. The S&C programme involves both gym and field-based coaching. SCT made it to the the Leinster Senior Cup Final for the first time in the school's history at the end of the 2019 season.
