I am a recent graduate from Oregon State University with a degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing. I am actively seeking a Marketing Analyst role where I can apply my skills in customer insights, business strategy, and data analysis to help organizations reach their target audiences effectively.Over the past 7 years, I’ve developed a broad set of experiences in management, customer service, and operational efficiency. My role as an Aquatics Manager at Oak Hills Homeowners Association involved managing a team of 30 lifeguards and supervisors, creating schedules, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of up to 100 patrons daily. This position honed my leadership abilities and allowed me to refine my problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure environments.I also have hands-on experience with customer service in the food and beverage industry through my recent position at American Dream Pizza, where I managed orders, point-of-sale systems, and customer relations. These roles have sharpened my interpersonal skills and given me insights into operational workflows.Through my academic and professional experiences, I’ve become proficient in tools like Microsoft Excel and have developed a strong understanding of business operations, marketing strategies, and data-driven decision-making.
