I moved to Belize to serve as a missionary volunteer with the focus on the apostolate of teaching. In my first year, I taught Religion at St Ignatius High School in Santa Elena. In my second year in Belize, I teach Math, Accounting, Business, and Religion at Our Lady of Mt Carmel High School in Benque Viejo. I love serving both God and neighbor.

Talent Metrics Project- Utilized Selenium package from Python to webscrape our recruitment data for three separate web applications, one for each industry of THG- Used SQL to pull current and terminated employees for the past five years from Oracle PeopleSoft- Designed workflows in Alteryx to combine recruitment data metrics with current and past talent and curate the data for output in PowerBI- With PowerBI, created first-ever talent dashboard for each industry of THG that showed key metrics regarding job openings, applicants, current employees, and terminated employees. - Analyzed trends by race and gender to better inform our DEI strategyLiving Wage Project- Utilized Python to webscrape median salary data at the county-level- Created workflow in Alteryx that determined fraction of THG employee population living below a living wage across all demographics (ie: race, gender, generation, location, company, tenure)- Wrote report on findings using PowerBI visualizations and regression results produced with RBonus Plan Project- Utilized linear interpolation to determine payout structure to correctly incentive employees to hit certain targetsLeadership Ladder Project- Used Alteryx to curate employee-level data for our Construction and Materials industry- Created visualizations in PowerBI that illustrated salary ranges by employee category (Hourly, Professionals, Management, and Executives)- Pinpointed outliers for Chief Talent Officer and HRBPs to edit and reran process with new data- Final process led to formalized salary range for employees in Construction and Materials

Orr Fellowship is the ultimate post-grad experience. Fellows are recruited from the top seniors at universities in Indiana and other states, with an average acceptance rate of 6%. Converging in Indianapolis, these talented graduates join vibrant companies in positions that create a foundation for career success.Out of 1200 applications, I was selected to participate in the two-year program with my partner company, The Heritage Group. In addition to a full time employment, Orr Fellows participate in a unique curriculum designed to challenge, develop, and propel them toward a career of excellence. With two years that are jam-packed with receiving executive mentorship, growing a strong network, leading civic engagement efforts, and acquiring new skills each Fellow stars in her or his own success story.

The Director of Infrastructure and Technology is responsible for internal efficiency and serves as a strategic partner to Orr Fellow committees, functioning as a “help desk” resource to leverage technology for the betterment of Orr Fellowship. The Infrastructure and Technology functions include but are not limited to: project management, marketing, recruitment collaboration, website coordination, and Salesforce administration.

- Responsible for IT backend support for recruitment process where 1500 applicants go through seven stages during three months to become an Orr Fellow- Lead team of eight Fellows on various data projects for Orr Fellowship- Expanded responsibilities of team from only recruitment to become shared service for IT, Executive Management, Marketing, Fellow & Alumni Engagement, Finance, and DEI- Salesforce Sales Cloud Database Administrator- Utilized Workflow Rules, Email Alerts, Process Builder, and Object Management to automate sending emails to applicants based on status and deadlines- Created Zaps in Zapier that send a candidate-specific interview link to complete SparkHire and uploads completed interview link back to Salesforce, thus saving hours of manually creating basic shared link for each applicant- Using Formstack and Salesforce, created Salesforce-integrated forms that allow for easier Orr Fellowship attendance tracking - Updated offer matching algorithm to consider more tie-breaking scenarios between company and candidate preferences to prevent cases where companies do not receive there top 1 or 2 candidates- Wrote both offer matching algorithms in Python, and the new offer matching algorithm led to a 97% matching rate for companies to receive their top 1 or 2 candidates compared to 94% in the old offer matching algorithm

- Worked part-time from January 2020 to July 2020, but continue to work on projects on-and-off when statistical analyses are needed- Automated econometric tasks via Stata to determine key indicators for levels of litigation and firm funding- Performed hedonic pricing analyses on IP valuations using R- Authored analytical reports of econometric findings for clients

• Collaborated with economists and used version control on economics research projects via GitLab • Developed an algorithm in Stata to remove incorrect trades out of 160 million observations in FINRA’s Trade Reporting and Compliance Engine (TRACE)• Cleaned and combined 20+ datasets of Mergent’s Fixed Income Securities Database (FISD) into a combined bond characteristics database with variables including CUSIP, parent firm, coupon rate, maturity, and put/call options• Merged TRACE, FISD, and Compustat to create aggregated bond portfolios per firm which were used to compute cumulative abnormal bond returns around temporary R&D Tax Credit bills’ introductions and passages
