I completed a student placement for my Third Year at Northumbria University.

I worked for this professional catering company where I worked various events such as weddings, christenings and dinner parties. My duties included setting up the room, helping chefs prepare food, serving food and drinks, and attending to guests.

I worked in this local fish and chip shop where I was responsible for preparing and frying the chips, cooking sauces, and counting and recording inventory.

had a summer internship with KP snacks. I shadowed people working in the logistics department learning how everything was organised and how the different sections communicated with each other.
