I am primarily a Windows administrator, with a wealth of experience configuring and troubleshooting the various components available within that environment. I have obtained Microsoft certifications dating back to Windows 95, and up to and including Windows 2000 Professional and Server. Prior to moving back to networking, I managed our call center for approximately 4 years, and before that another 4 years administering our computing lab environments.Specialties: Installing, configuring and troubleshooting Active Directory, Exchange and SMS. I have also set up and configured a clustered Ironport Anti-spam environment, a SAN for additional storage here at Stetson. I also have some unix experience, although I would by no means consider myself fluent in that environment.
