I have 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, 9 years in management and have worked in a variety of venues in various capacities, from silver service waiting when I was 16 years old to working in bars, up to running a trio of fine dining restaurants in the UK before moving to Australia and running multiple high volume CBD and inner suburb venues. I have a degree in Music Technology and Engineering, spending a brief stint as a sound engineer for a national theater in the UK as well as a Diploma of Leadership and Management.
