The Senior Functional Consultant is tasked with leading requirements gathering sessions to gain an understanding of our customer's current state processes and technology in the CRM space, and they support the implementation work that follows. They handle our most complex and challenging projects, from the customers they work with to the technical solution complexity, to uncover current state pain points and work with their delivery team to design a future state solution and transpose into user stories.  The Senior Functional Consultant is responsible for providing guidance and recommendations as well as sharing best practices across business environments and industries.

I joined CapGemini as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, working with our Clients from early discovery through to the point of delivery. I currently focus on Senior Salesforce Functional Roles, understanding our Client's key requirements, and working closely with our technical team to deliver the best possible solution to those needs. I still like to roll my sleeves up and get busy with flows/process builder and other functional development when possible though!

I was brought into Housing Partners to utilise my commercial experience, working within the Sales department regarding the renewal of our software solutions to customers. I work both pro-actively and re-actively to ensure that the best possible level of service is received by our customers and clients, whilst assisting Housing Partners to continue to grow and maintain our market leading reputation by reaching out to new potential clients.I assist in ensuring the best level of service is provided to both our partnered organisations and their tenants, whilst making day to day management more effective and less time consuming for staff using our software. This involves regular liaison with our clients, updates on the software we provide and recommending other solutions based on clients requirements, to name a few.I'm also responsible for the maintenance and management of our Client Relationship Management system, Salesforce as the main Administrator/Developer. This involves the overall management of the system, ensuring that our users data is accurate, reliable, reportable and accessible to the relevant users/teams - as well as creating workflows, automated processes, field updates, custom reports/dashboards, training staff on the software and large projects improving the system for best level of use.
