During my time with Engility, I specialized as a material subject matter expert for the Naval Seas Service Command (NAVSEA) with regards to AN/SPS-49 Radar and all related equipment. A major project was installation/upgrading the AN/SPS-49 Air Search Radar system for an aircraft carrier. I orchestrated a complete overhaul of the Command's radar system, including replacing/upgrading all peripherals, as well as testing and certifying the capabilities of the revamped system. I also facilitated hands-on maintenance training for the ship's technician to maximize capabilities and performance.
