A versatile admin, customer service and sales role for both Moss Court and City Edge sites.Duties such as extensive abilities using StuRents letting system, selling all flats for both sites, processing rental contracts, updating booking reports, taking payments, moving in tenants, doing viewings and dealing with enquiries.

Part-time work experience as Burscough Football Club’s Media Officer. Controlling the content of social media accounts, increasing the club’s profile and dealing with anything media related for the club.Roles at the club include: live match updates, player interviews and designing/writing a revamped match day program.

A part time job during my time at University. I have worked in the Chester Frodsham Square and Southport Kew stores.

A part-time job working as a bartender at Hurlston Hall Golf Club. I have built positive relationships with both the staff and customers.Tasks such as serving customers and making sure the bar is fully stocked. I have worked in many different functions such as: weddings, funerals and parties. As well as playing my part outside of work such as promoting on social media and recommending Hurlston to friends and family.

Part of the work based learning University scheme 7th May-7th June 2019. However, I have since completed a talk at Conlan school looking at social media for 15 international students.For my placement I was asked to research various marketing methods on social media. I was then allowed total control of CDSA’s social media accounts and applied my research methods.Creating both picture and video adverts for the company was a key part to the placement. This allowed me to try out and experiment with my own original marketing ideas.The placement also required me to use my initiative when looking at new software I was not familiar with. For example, Microsoft Teams and Hootsuite.I was given the privilege to write a published article for the Chamber of Commerce Magazine. This article explained what CDSA is about and also promoted the Chester Town Crier’s new book.After I had finished my placement, I was welcomed back to complete a talk on social media at Conlan School. This lasted around 35 minutes and was in front of a classroom of international students.

Bartender and food runner at Chester racecourse for both Horseradish and Thyme catering companies.This job not only added to my catering skills but to my social skills too. Allowing me to experience several new work environments and meet new people.
