Focus on soft goods development for Apple. Do new product development in supplier factory according client’s 3D. Make sure FG can meet Apple’s requirement(Engineering &Cosmetic). Products cover iPhone case, iPad case , iWatch band and so on, which can make the device avoid damaged & increase beauty.Key Responsibilities:1.New product development from prototype to mass production. Supplier manage and project schedule control. Make sure all the issue solved before each development milestone. 2.To evaluate the manufacturing process according clients’ CAD. Lead supplier engineering team to do new product development from Prototype.EVT.DVT.PVT to MP, make sure Line Qualification action successful and smoothly lead to MP.3.Make the engineering BOM and MIP in each stage, analyse engineering problem or issue which happened during development and do improvement, make sure the development progress smoothly. 4.Con-call with Apple client, update the project status timely. Discuss with Apple engineering team about product development important problem and propose feasible suggestion, then do verification.5.Apply DOE, do action and summary it. If the result is good, update the manufacturing process& MIP timely. Input it to Prototype Line duly.6.Hold meetings to supplier development team, distribute each stage tasks. Know the task status of the progress in time. That keep the match with client’s schedule.7.Give the design team constructive suggestion according the fact situations during prototype, make sure the tooling structure reasonable and meet the ergonomics design, target with well operability and economical. As far as possible to make the process smooth, do tool & jig & fixture’s qualification easily.8.Search for new material, new process, new equipment, as to optimize the manufacturing process, finally cost-down.9.Assist cost department (support engineering BOM) to do cost evaluation, to reduce product development costs base on engineering level.

This team mainly focus on Apple electronic products’ development and manufacturing, such as Mac or Macbook frame bezel, back cover, button , top-case , key board and so on. These components’ main material are magnesium alloy, stainless steel or engineering plastics. Whole craft process involving forging, stamping, CNC machining, sandblasting, anode, friction welding, etc.Key Responsibilities:1.During new product development, follow and solve engineering problems which happened in each stage. Control the develop schedule of CNC fixture and develop cost.2.Make reasonable manufacturing process according the product’s structure feature, and make prototype samples. Do feasibility assessment focus on MP fixture or jig, design CNC fixture by Pro/E, and make DFM report for client’s approval. Do DFMEA action in the design team.3.Do PFMEA during every development stage, provide technology support based on exist problems that happened during CNC machine working, solve them timely. Cooperate with team member, discuss and suggest good ideas so as to prevent potential engineering or cosmetic issue happen.4.According the product manufacturing process, guide design engineers to do CNC fixtures or jigs design, select suitable pneumatic components, review 3D&2D, approve to machine.5.Collect engineering problems from Prototype to MP, and propose solutions to improve it. Provide engineering technical support during product MP stage.6.Introduce new material, new process, new pneumatic components, enhances the working efficiency of the fixture meanwhile reduce maintenance cost.7.Innovate style of location and clamp, program design, validate and lead into product line.8.Do Jig or Fixture development for surface factory, assemble factory, plastic factory. Communicate with related department and client about new product development items.9.Team-construct and administrate. Grow together with team member. The team contain 9 engineers.

Whole craft process involving forging, stamping, CNC machining, sandblasting, anode, etc.Key Responsibilities:1.Do machining process analysis according Client’s released 3D, establish the reasonable machining process.2.Expertly use Pro/E software to design CNC pneumatic fixture, choice the location datum accurately and use suitable clamp method.3.Expertly use Pro/E software to design connection structure which use in automation line, such as mechanical paw, and so on.4.Design jig, assemble fixture, hung fixture used in anodizing process and so on.5.Optimize 3D and make 2D drawing, do DFM report for Apple’s review & approval.6.Do DFMEA focus on fixture 3D module, as far as possible to make the fixture’s structure reasonable and economical.7.Validate every stage’s first fixture and follow it, proposed optimization direction and do improvement action.
