During his time at Ytech, Jack Henry has been involved in several transactions, including the acquisition and sale of 1250 Brickell Bay Drive to Citadel Securities, the acquisition of 1500 Brickell Avenue, and the development of 1428 Brickell Avenue, among others. Prior to joining Ytech, Jack Henry worked for Brookfield Asset Management, a global alternative asset manager with over $750 Billion under management. At Brookfield, Jack Henry worked on the firm’s hospitality investment team where he was involved in acquiring, developing, and executing plans for several full-service and luxury hotels owned by Brookfield’s opportunity funds.Prior to Brookfield, Jack Henry worked for JBG, the largest owner and of real estate in Washington, D.C., where he focused on mixed-use investments and development. He previously also interned for Eastdil Secured in London and The Related Companies in New York City. Jack Henry is also the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Greenwall Capital Management, a privately held real estate & venture investment firm based in Miami, Florida.Jack Henry holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Finance, Accounting and Real Estate from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
