As a computer science student at Western Michigan University, I am passionate about learning new technologies and applying them to real-world problems. I have completed several projects and courses in areas such as data structures, algorithms, databases, and web development, and I am proficient in languages such as Python, Java, and SQL.In addition to my academic pursuits, I have gained valuable work experience as a sales associate at Blain's Farm & Fleet, a leading retailer of farm and home supplies. There, I have demonstrated my customer service, communication, and team management skills, by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases, resolving issues and complaints, and training and supervising new hires. I have also contributed to increasing the store's sales and customer satisfaction, by implementing effective merchandising and marketing strategies, and by providing feedback and suggestions to improve the store's operations and performance.
