Responsible for new product launch activities. Manages and schedules new product launches.  DFx analysis and reporting, manufacturing process development and development of Assembly Documents for new products. Responsible for sustaining engineering activities, including engineering changes and managing the applicable areas of the business systems for configuration management Interfaces with subject matter experts in Test Engineering and Process engineering for specific test/equipment capabilities development. Create, control and distribute engineering change orders and maintain revision control. Analyze customer documentation such as assembly drawings, CAD, Gerbers, BOMs, etc. to ensure that all information is analyzed and absorbed into our internal documents.  Review PCB board design from customers, optimize the layout and discuss technical details with suppliers.Sustain engineering activities, including the support of production teams, root cause analysis of manufacturing non-conformances etc.  Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.  Ability to effectively present information to top management, public group, and/or customers
