• Managing the full spectrum of Human Resources Services covering Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development and Employee Relation.• Strategic Planning in terms of Manpower Planning and Management, i.e. Engagement, Deployment, Career Development & Training for employees• To prepare & manage budget of the overall department & company level in terms of employee engagement & benefit• Initiate, plan, review & implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure HR practices are constantly benchmarked against best & holding’s practices are implemented and to monitor it’s compliances and effectiveness• Develop & management effective compensation strategies that co-relate to performance and follow-up strategies• Provide support to management in view on HR related issue• Managing HR in Cambodia & Thailand Offices

- Taking care of the senior management team and all employees under the corporate function. Handle all human resources related issue, eg: leaves, salary, employee performance, recruitment according to business need, industrial relation/employee relation and etc.- Compensation and benefits.In-charge of designing, process flow planning and rolled out new performance appraisal template using excel for executive level and above.Involved in year-end performance calibration and salary increment project.A committee member for Job Evaluation (JE) during market alignment and salary review exercise.

Prepare payroll advise for payroll vendor to execute the monthly salary. Perform monthly recharges for international assignees and local secondees. Ensure all related expenses to be posted to the relevant company for monthly salary reconciliation.Running payroll report base on stakeholder requirements. Always ensure full support is given to stakeholder to achieve business objective.Perform joiner, mover and leaver action.Prepare and analyse overheads data to ensure department is spending on track.Involved in Coplan planing activities, work closely with stakeholder as well as finance to achieve company financial goals.Create automation excel form to replace manual hard copy forms for unionized employees, to minimize error as well as reduce work around time and processes.

HRR - Renumeration, Benefits & Services. First point of contact for Managers, Employees and HR Community, for requests or issues related to the Shell HR systems, policy, processes and to promptly resolve the majority of requests Investigate on requests which cannot be resolved by analyzing the nature of the request / diagnosing the problem and route them to the appropriate 2nd line of support Follow up on resolutions, maintain employee contact and feedback resolutions to the employee.

RESPONSIBILITIES:To answer service requests and track, monitor and report on the status of all maintenance, repair work generated. Maintain service call function for receipt and control of emergency, urgent and routine maintenance work generated by telephone. Input and maintain data in the computerized maintenance management system and maintenance of work document files and other data for the development of reports to evaluate responsiveness, cost effectiveness and efficiency of resources use.
