The Passion Collective is a community and creative based network and production company formed in 2019. I am one of three creative directors who are attempting to create media with fresh creatives with a story to tell. We are trying to revolutionise a defunct system and spark independent creation. We aim to do this by getting people involved in a passion project and upon completion, everybody from cast to crew will be paid. In return we will offer our collected insights and talents creating workshops and mirroring opportunities with the opportunity to learn about creation from script formulation to set design, to producing and everything in between. Each creation stems from a posit based in the real world and real life. The creation and deployment of the media will be our attempt to subvert and spark change in our areas of investigation.

Role of a Young People’s mentor- responsible for keeping them safe, having fun and learning. This role is teacher, activity coach and mentor all rolled into one, over a 4 week semi- residential programme. I was the mentor for my own group of upwards of 15 young people aged 15-17, from a range of backgrounds.I found this an incredibly rewarding job role as I loved to be able to share my knowledge and being in control of ensuring the young people had an unforgettable experience.
