My role in Sales at Easyquip started as internal sales but after opening a new manufacturing facility in Brisbane QLD it quickly shifted to development and growth of new business in QLD and NT.This QLD based business had exponential growth and due to the travelling challenges of COVID19, I moved to be based at the Brisbane branch to also oversee the Brisbane Operations alongside Sales. Being heavily involved in Operations whilst fulfilling the Sales role made my approach to selling very much based around quality, service and going the extra mile every time. The continued growth of the business ended up forcing me into the full time role of Branch Manager and I was fortunate enough to hire a professional Sales Territory Manager from within the industry to join our Brisbane team.

As Operations Foreman at Easyquip I worked with Operations Management and the Production Supervisors to ensure all jobs were flowing effectively and efficiently as possible. - Managing workflow and delegating out jobs to relevant supervisors - Managing personnel attendance and time sheets - Recording daily production outputs from each individual employee and each production line - Producing production reports for Production Management - Promoting or replacing personnel to ensure high production output was maintained - Interviewing prospect employees - Constantly striving to improve output and cut costs

As Operations Supervisor at Easyquip I worked with anywhere from 15-35 people mainly in the fabrication section - Maintaining and boosting employee morale and attitude on the production floor - Being a point of reference between production personnel and management - Inducting and Training new personnel - Delegating daily activities to appropriate personnel - Organising systems and placement of personnel to ensure they were run as efficiently and effectively as possible - Servicing and maintaining machines, systems and recourses

As Project Manager at Easyquip I was responsible for a robotic welding production line. - Creating and implementing systems for the production line to run efficiently and effectively - Organising the right resources (Human labour, Materials, Consumables or Services) at the right time and stage of production, to minimise any 'down time' so deadlines could be met - Writing and editing computer programs for the welding robot - Servicing and maintenance of machines, systems and resources
