I like watching things grow.My dream has always been to be an entrepreneur. My freshman year of college covid arrived, and I got on a plane with my dad to Hawaii to wait it out. We thought it would be two weeks, but it turned into almost two years. Little did I know that I would become a farmer. Being out in nature and being a part of a start-up coffee farm changed my life. The trees grew, we planted more, and we kept learning.Starting my career in the coffee business, this opportunity has presented me with a different kind of classroom. Currently, you will find me attending cupping classes, land preparation, yields, processing, and learning the fine art of roasting. My interests are new trends in the specialty coffee arena with single-cup and bottled coffee drinks.
