I have been in the glass industry for 12 years, 8 in residential and 4 in commercial. I am Forman for one of Houston's biggest commercial glass companies. I am in charge of all field employees and there production, running my own projects, training of new employees, all inventory, supply's, gas logs, overseeing all aspects of Cyrex's production in the field and shop, ensuring that all employees conduct themselves and perform in a manner that suits Cyrex's best internist. I have a dedication to strive for excellence in everything I do. I am a very goal driven person,one of my favorite goals is to learn something new everyday. Knowledge is free and can never be taken! I never settle for average nor sit in cruise control, I'm always looking forward, and looking for the next challenge.
