Vice President of General Liabilty ClaimsFormerly Managing Director responsible for Residential and Commercial Construction General Liability claims department. Responsibilities include managing a team of claims supervisors and claims adjusters and overseeing department operations. Responsible for claims and department results. Responsible for staffing, department budgeting, training and department/adjuster settlement authority. Project management experience. Coordinate with directors of Underwriting, Finance, Actuary and Legal in the recognition, consideration and planning of of key business decisions impacting the Company.

Vice President - Commercial Claims management of primary and excess accounts, inclusive of Construction General Liability and professional liability (Architects & Engineers) accounts/exposures ; Management of company's Bad Faith claims ; Project management over internal special projects ; Management of high exposure Excess / Umbrella liability casualty claims in North America as well as global projects ; prior experience working in London and Zurich with the company and experience with high threshold global risks. Experience managing specialty Products Liability, Health hazard, Oil/Gas, high capacity Construction Wrap and other large capacity specialty risks. Frequent speaker at industry events
