I joined this trade school in February of 2023 and received diplomas for broadband digital installer, wireless broadband digital installer, and broadband fiber optic digital installer. These are three separate courses that I took the initiative to sign myself up for each course has a showtime of Monday- Saturday (8am-8pm). During my time at LAC I learned from the best instructors in America and received certifications that will allow myself and my future employers to grow in the telecommunications industry.

I am a veteran of the Marine Corps, while in the service I worked as a Transmissions Systems Operator (HF, VHF, and UHF system applications). I loved the challenge of troubleshooting communications gear and being able to set up equipment for long distance communications. My desire to work harder than my peers to my left and right allowed me to receive multiple awards and take responsibility for many important roles. While monitoring networks I was also tasked with relaying and briefing information to Non-Commissioned and Commissioned Officers. During this time, I also received cross training in other MOS duties such as routing RF Coax, CATV and CAT6, and Fiber to key components for operations. Such tasks required for me to obtain, keep, and utilize secret clearance to ensure the security of the Department of Defense.
