Managed 87 civilians in the daily operations and conventional ordnance supporting the East coast Carrier fleet, USFFC, MSC, and large deck amphibious assault ships.Directed a $3.8M budget for maintenance and facilities repairs, to include operations and repairs on three locomotives and 160 railcars.

Managed two officers, four civilians, four Chief Petty Officers, and 64 Sailors in the daily ordnance operations supporting five carrier air wings and 22 tenant commands.Directed the complex rehabilitation of three large earth covered weapons magazines. This $4.2M project was completed on time and within budget.

Managed two Officers, five Chief Petty Officers, and 71 Sailors in the safe operations and management of assigned weapons magazines, sprinkler systems, and small arms. Directed the stowage, handling, assembly and dissasembly of conventional ordnance supporting the embarked Marine airwing and ground element.Directed and managed a complex repair period at BAE shipyard.

Directs and supervises 235 ordnance professionals ensuring the safe and efficient upkeep and maintenance of ordnance magazines, sprinkler systems, and weapons elevators. Directs the stowage, handling, and maintenance of all assigned conventional ordnance. Directed and managed a complex repair period and several complex departmental projects while completing a multi-year aircraft carrier refuling and overhaul at Newport News Shipyard.

Managed the accountability and logistical planning and transportation for all assigned aircraft support equipment, Non-Combat munitions. Directed the ordnance training, certification, and readiness requirements for all assigned air wing personnel.
