HUMEN is building a movement to improve and maintain men's mental health through The HUMEN Space. A safe space for men to talk, listen and connect on a regular basis. I continuously ensure the successfully delivery of our sessions through raising awareness, crisis management, welcoming guests and providing refreshments to ensure they feel comfortable and safe.

Borderline Ramblings is my personal website. The majority of its content is centred around mental health. I write articles and blog posts covering a wide variety of mental-health-related topics, including policy, personal development and popular culture. I also write short stories and poetry which I post on the website.

I successfully built a rapport with the students which enabled a mutual exchange of ideas and creativity. I supported students in both academic and practical activities on a one to one basis, helping them to gain confidence and independence. There was a strong focus on enablement, by which the students took on the majority of the responsibility during tasks while I reassured and supported them.
