Level 1 shift work SOC role actively monitoring a SIEM with continuous development of security practices within the organisation for multiple large clients.

I took place in a placement opportunity at Leaf in which I was subjected to all of the different services the company offers, and how they operate. The focus of this opportunity was to give a broad overview of what the company offers to their clients, and to view and work with the services they provide in depth.

Placement experience in a help desk role within SERC, which including things such as: first line support, device auditing, hardware maintenance, SharePoint site development.
