• Started as Project Support Officer on Feb-2019. Supporting CAN/LIN projects and Ethernet Switch / PHY projects in PL-IVN over multiple sites (Netherlands, Germany, India, US)I am responsible for:
• Drive logistics to enable project success (contact to wafer fabs, assembly/test fabs local and overseas).
• Manage tools for project monitoring, reporting, documentation, CM and RM.
• Consolidate and report R&D KPIs and project execution data to stakeholders.
• Contribute to tools and processes continuous improvement.
• Ensure Quality and maintenance of the project data.

NXP, founded by Philips (Philips Semiconductors devision), started in October 2006.In NXP I have worked as Project Manager for High Speed Serial Interface Blocks (IP's) like MIPI-MPHY, USB, Vx1, Ethernet. I am a Project Manager of IC's since the beginning of 2009. IC's for High Speed Serial data transfers, like DP 1.2 (5.4 Gbps), USB 3.0 (5 Gbps) and SATA.

Project Manager of High Speed Serial Interface Blocks (IP's) like PCI-Express (1.25 Gbps) and USB2.0. The biggest part of these IP's is Analog Design (ratio Analog/Digital 75/25).Also involved, at the same moment, in project management of digital memory controllers (like DDR).

Digital Design Engineer in the group MicrotelIn Microtel I started as a DfT engineer for ASICsAnd I moved during the 12,5 years from DfT, via RTL design, RTL Synthesis, RTL verification, to the role of Static Timing Analysis Engineer. The last 2 years I was active as desinger and as project manager (combined job)

Worked as ASIC Application Engineer at Fujitsu in Eindhoven. Fujitsu Eindhoven was a small office of 5 people, so completely different compared to Philips.Here I was responsible for turnkey projects for MKB, technical support for OEM, incoming inspection with inhouse tools of ASIC designs from customers.

Started after my study at the NatLab of Philips Research.First as a VLSI Test Engineer, responsible for testing IC's.Later involved as DfT Engineer for configurable blocks in the CD90 project.
