• Presenting True & Fair View of the Financial Position of the company by Preparing Financial Statement Viz., P&L Account & Balance Sheet• Preparation of Monthly Fund Flow, Fund Indent, & Other Statements. • Informing Management on a regular basis the Financial Health of the Project by sending on Monthly Basis Various Management Information Reports• Review of MIS Reports with Budget & Highlighting to Management various areas where the variation in Cost.• Interacting with Statutory & Internal Auditors• Preparing Audit Reports & Making Recommendation in order to ensure that accounts are prepared & maintained in conformance of statutory obligations.• Arranging & Monitoring Funds for Project Implementation• Ensuring the payments are made to supplier within the stipulated time frame & managing accounts payable within the pre-set parameters & accounting of rejections & reconciliation.
