I work as a Producer for The Challenge Tour helping create a weekly 30 minute magazine show that features on major broadcasters around the world.When on site I direct two camera coverage for the golf highlights (Thursday-Sunday).I also create 2 features which will be used in the show and on socials for The Challenge Tour. My job is to produce/direct the features to make sure they fit the style of the show/country, and editorially make sense. As well as this, it is my job to do all the post round interviews, inc. the winners interview and trophy celebrations. Everything we film on site is then edited by an editor (whom I oversee). The show will then air the following Wednesday, so we are working to a tight deadline every week. Not only does everything go into the show, but it also goes onto our social media pages. All my work needs to be able to be used on social media platforms.Each show will have the following which is produced/directed by myself:2 interviews/previews before the week - walk and talk style on the golf course1 social preview for promoters/players2 features (Both approx 2.30min long and film/edited to the highest of standards)4 days golf coverage (2 cam coverage over 18 holes)4 post round interviews inc winners interview. When not on site it is my job to produce the main show from the office with another editor. I will choose what golf shots to put into the show and liaise with a commentator to let him know what to say. I will also write the script for the whole show and share with the V/O. From there I will see the overall stitching of the show and send out to all broadcasters.

I created UPRemedy firstly as a non-profit organisation that was made for the students, from the students. It was an idea where students who are studying in the creative industry could come together and use their individual skills to create something special. Something that was musically amazing. UPRemedy was a music production and entertainment society. Ratified in 2014, I did a speech to over 100 students and faculty members to persuade them of the benefits of what this society could achieve for the students of Portsmouth University. We would take on musically talented students and use our skills in various types of production and marketing management to help these gifted students from all backgrounds in the media world get a foot into the door and push for their voices to be heard. Once ratified I held the start of an annual AGM where various members of a committee were formed.
