Stoneview Estate Agency is a family owned business based in the North London area. Founded over 15 years ago as a property management company, has developed into an established Estate Agency as well as having an extensive portfolio of propertys for lettings. My role as a sales executive involves the negotiations part of capturing new propertys, as well as managing the whole sales chain process. Dealing with the seller, the buyer and the solicitors involved, to ensure the sale moves through as smoothly as possible. Key area of success whilst working for Buzz Sweets was developing the business, bringing in new client accounts which all resulted in increasing the companys total turnover to £5m per year. Being highly driven and self-motivated, I decided to move into the catering industry helping run a family restaurant in Hertfordshire. my role involved the day to day management and responsibilities of the restaurant.
